I'm 7.5 months pregnant and my feet & ankles tend to swell a lot during the last trimester. I finally decided to get some relief this time around and I'm already loving these!*Of course consult with your doctor if you're pregnant with swollen feet as we all need different treatment (water & light exercise help too), but for me the swelling is normal and a great way to ease the pain & increase circulation.They don't massage the legs but the 2nd setting slowly and continually inflates & deflates with the same pressure as a blood pressure cuff- this can be modified by how tight you velcro them and it feels great.Note that if you're a smaller person, they'll fit pretty loose.
