Fits on my large head. Started using it for hair loss / head massage. Some improvement suggestions -(1) save remote control settings; the time, air, heat, music control need to be set every time you turn on this device. It will be efficient/convenient to save the settings.(2) No USB-C charging port.(3) top head massager section can be improved with some mechanical heads.Didn't think my head was big--or long, given the context--but for this thing apparently it is.From the product page at the time of purchase, product is advertised as:"Head, Eye, AND NECK Massager" (emphasis mine)"massages scalp, UPPER NECK, and temples & ocular areas" (emphasis also mine)"3 in 1 head massager: eye, UPPER neck, temple, Scalp" (emphasis... theirs)Now, I wasn't looking for the 3-in-1 feature on the basis of actually needing all three functions at once, but rather as a means to declutter by having less stuff laying around the house. But my priority was to use it as a neck massager because I simply CAN NOT find one worth using that don't cost me an arm and a leg (like this one did, I might add, making price another dubious value of the 3-in-1); I keep finding neck massagers that either only do the lower neck and upper back, or are so big they leave my head pressed against hard plastic, so I thought maybe something like this would finally give my neck the massage it needs. Not so; I don't know what they're defining as "upper neck" but the lowest point this reaches is the bottom of my skull and not my neck at all. No taking care of tension headaches caused by neck strain, no dealing with random twinges caused by "I slept weird," none of it. It simply does not serve the intended purpose of "neck massager," and regardless of the other functions, without that one it simply requires more resources from me than it's worth. Also, as a head/eye massager it suffers from the same problem I've encountered with multiple devices that rely on filling themselves full of air... YOU CAN HEAR THE MOTORS as it does its work. Ironic that that's such a problem for hearing-impaired me when so many people praise this thing for helping them with migraines; maybe my sensory disorder comes in to play there.Uh... good points? Controls and sizing was easy though I had to consult the instruction manual to figure out what that cover on the back was (for the DC and headphone port); I simply couldn't get it open.I also liked the built-in nature sounds.Update July 25: So the manufacturer contacted me in the hopes they could resolve my issues. Totally understandable, if they can do anything to fix the problem I'd expect good customer service to try (never mind that I'd returned the thing within a few minutes of writing the review, but anyway).Problem is, their attempt at resolution seemed to focus a little too much on telling me about how they didn't want to make it too strong to avoid causing neck injury, or about how I might need a dedicated neck massager instead of a multi-use device, and focus not enough on my actual complaint.Allow me to reiterate: My problem is not with STRENGTH, it's with SIZE. IT DON'T REACH MY NECK. Unless the instructions and controls were not as clear as I thought they were when I reviewed the thing, it simply isn't as long in the back as shown in the official product images. And, as I implied in the review, I've TRIED dedicated neck massagers; you know what kind I've found that actually fits my neck without giving me a migraine? A glorified TENS unit... which would be one of those bands that sits on my shoulders and "massages" my lower neck while doing not a single thing about the twinges in the upper that I bought THIS one for.I bought this for my wife for Christmas, honestly I use it more than her! This product is awesome, I was a little skeptical after reading some reviews but this has lived up to its standards. Living with chronic headaches, it relieves them longer than any medication. On top of headache relief, it is also very relaxing!I’ve given this 4 stars because I personally am not a fan of the top massager. It is a little rough and not padded enough for my liking. However, that is my ONLY downfall of this product. On the contrary, my wife likes the top massager. So it goes to show what you prefer.Overall, I would say this has been well worth the money. It has gotten used 4-5 times a week and still works the same as it did the day I bought it. The remote control is nice, a little confusing but easy to use once you have it figured out! I will be buying another when needed! They are charging $30 less for this thing than the most expensive chair mounted massager on the market. There is no way to customize the massage short of the timing and the air pressure. The chassis of the thing feels like it's made of cheap plastic prone and fragile to breakage. The fact that you NEED the remote for the device to work seems like an obvious design flaw to me, as soon as you lose the tiny remote, your $180 scalp massager has just become the worlds ugliest paperweight. While the back of the neck massage is aggressive and invasive... The scalp massage, which is supposed to be the premiere part of the massage feels like nothing but someone very lightly poking the top of your head. The supposed 106 needle count massage tips are indeed, not there. I counted with my fingers and there are in fact 36 at best. I'm used to many bad things in obscure products on Amazon, but blatant false advertising is not one of them.I've been watching this model for a few years. It's been around $400 and I was able to get this model for $150. $150 would be about the most I would pay. It's good and much better than other massagers but it needs a little more customization. It provides plenty of pressure and it's close to the right areas but not always where it needs to be. The heat is nice. Somehow the bird sound always comes on no matter how many times I turn it off. My suggestion for a new model is a little more adjustability for the positioning of the pressure, a better way to massage the upper part of your head, and possibly more heat. Over all it's good and I'd buy it again for $150If you're expecting a head massage like the hairstylist gives, you'll be very disappointed. If I could have tried this item before purchasing, I would never have bought it. Really not worth the money, not even close.i wrote the above review, and promptly received an email from Andy at Breo. He was genuinely sympathetic to my dissatisfaction with the device. He made an acceptable compromise offer which I accepted. The point of my writing this followup is to let everyone know this company does stand behind their product which is not often the case. The device works for most people as evidenced by the positive reviews, but apparently there is a small segment of people where it does not. To experience having a company step up to the plate as Breo did reinforces my belief that there are responsible companies like Breo in the marketplace and they should be recognized and applauded. The Breo will likely work for you, but it is nice to know that this company will not let you down. Five stars for customer service.
