This is a great acupressure tool! I’ve primarily been using it for relief by applying it to Hegu - L14 on my hand. It’s really been nice to use this device instead of pressing with my other hand. The “plunging” action & release button work flawlessly. There are plenty of notches in the stem for a great amount of adjustability.The tool is small, but It is large enough to reach most points on the soles of my feet. I am size 9W and have flatter feet & would say if you’re feet are much bigger or thicker, you’d be limited to where this tool can go on your foot.Instruction manuals are included in both English & Chinese & are easy to follow.All in all, this is a great little tool that I can highly recommend.
