I was initially slightly apprehensive concerning this purchase, due to the cost, however, after using it this week I am convinced it is the BEST purchase I have for treating my PF. I have minimum discomfort after using it 15 minutes twice daily and my PF is almost totally absent after only one week. My husband likes it too, just for the relaxation and comfort it gives . Users need to be aware that it can be uncomfortable if you do not carefully position your feet in it, also we only use the minimum strength power due to the strength of the compressions. I would not recommend it for severe arthritis or surgical rehab tx. I do definitely recommend it for PF improvement, and I was slightly sore after the first use the next day but the soreness quickly wore off and I haven't had any discomfort since that initial time. My sister pays a massage therapist 60$/week for comfort of her PF. I chose to try the Foot Massager and am very pleased!!! The seller packaged it perfectly and it arrived as specified!!! Love it
